Jerry
I received your report. Thank you for putting together such a comprehensive look into my Camaro. That was a long arduous process finding and putting all those original pieces together, building the motor, paint and body, suspension and assembly. I wasn’t sure how you were going to capture all that on paper. You’re a consummate professional and a good guy. Two pretty good qualities.
Have a good evening

Jerry,

It was great seeing you the last few days. You are THE true expert. What a great job you did. We pulled together a great team and made the other side look foolish. This all started with you getting us together with Bryan Shook. He is great. Bryan got Richard Hellerman. They worked together very well. Our success yesterday started with you getting us headed in the right direction. Pam and I thank you for that. Looking forward to seeing you at the track.

John Benoit,
Montpelier, VT

Jerry,

Regarding my Z28 302 engine rebuild and 376hp, great pictures and thanks for sending them. Don’t mind the wait Jerry, you’ve been honest and professional throughout the entire process.  Looking forward to having you come down and evaluate my car.

Thanks,

Bob Hagadorn, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Mr MacNeish:

Thank you for your reply, for I know you field many questions from a universe of people.

I purchased an assembly manual last November at the Corvette & Muscle car nationals in Rosemont IL, but this one, Fiber Optic is a stumper??

Before I close, I own an L34 ’69 Nova that was certified by you. A Mark Sheppard of Huntington Beach CA secured your services before I purchased the car. You are a valuable  resource, evermore so, in that we don’t have Kevin Marti’s data base on the GM side.

We are indeed blessed Jerry to have you.

Best regards,

Hey Jerry,

Finally got the car of my dreams from Marc at MS Classic cars. Wow, what an awesome car. I see you did a certification on car which is awesome, I can’t wait to get it from Marc after you send it to him. I wrote a little testimonial to Marc for his website in thanks. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help with the Camaro’s so far.  Appreciate your time and knowledge as always.
Thanks,
Glenn Eller, Rising Sun, MD

Jerry,
My ’66 Corvette valve covers and distributor arrived two days ago in great shape.  The craftsmanship is obvious and the re-skinning process is amazing. Just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased.
Thank you,

John Casey,
Jeffersonton, VA

Hi Jerry,

Received back today the intake & carb off the 1966 L79 Nova you had done. Just wanted to say excellent job and thanks for the fast turnaround time.

Hi Jerry:
My 069 manifold arrived yesterday.  It looks awesome.  Thanks for the work.  I’ll be taking it to my engine builder next week.

Jerry,

I want to thank you for a job well done on rebuilding my original distributor for my ’69 Z28! Looked brand new and works great on the car. And also for machining my Muncie trans case on my M21. And fixing the small gear oil leak at my counter shaft opening on front of the case. Since you pressed in new bushing and machined my case everything seals great no small gear oil leaks and performs like a M21 should in a ’69 Z28 with the small parts rebuild you did on it as well. Both look like brand new.
Thanks Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Just wanted to thank you.  Great job on my carburetor.   Everyone is right.  Your the best at carb restoration.  Thanks again.
Steve Catino,

Hi Jerry,

I received your Certification and Appraisal today.  It is perfect!  I have already talked with Ron at Gardner’s about a system and the hunt is on for the correct exhaust manifold.  I will work on your list as time and $$$’s allow.  As you know, some of the stuff is scarce and pricey, but I’ll work on it!

It was a pleasure meeting you and I hope to see you somewhere this year.

Thanks for Everything,
Jay Gaither, Sykesville, MD

Hello Jerry,

Good day to you.  Received my intake manifold today.  THANK YOU for the perfect packaging and for the EXCELLENT workmanship – my manifold looks awesome!

Thanks again,

Kurt Neiman (Newmarket, Ontario, Canada)

Jerry,
You did the OEM intake & valve covers for me a while back. Finally finished restoration engine in my 62 picture attached.  Thanks for your services.

Jerry,
Just wanted to let you know that I finally put the carb on my 396. I have never, and I repeat never had a carburetor work directly out of the box – yours did.
Thank you!
Bob Rubans

Jerry,
Thank you for the outstanding report that arrived in the mail last night.  I appreciate the comments and notations for improvement.  It has been great working with you.  I will keep you updated with any progress on shows or other displays and please let me know if there are some that I should consider going forward.

Take care,
Bruce Hoffberger, Pikesville, MD.

Jerry,
Received the report on the Camaro today and just wanted to say thanks for everything. You are a 1st class act and as always very professional in your inspection. I have reccomended you many times for inspections on these cars and just wanted to let you know we appreciate your service and what you do for the collector car world. Again thanks very much !

Sincerely,
Robbie Hudlow, Monrovia, MD

Jerry, this note is about 14 years late but Julie and I want to express how much we appreciate you and all you have done for our car.  You were  there from day 1 for us,you got to see the car in person even before we did.  You did your inspection and certified it was a real Z-28 and then we were on our way.  Since then you have restored or rebuilt just about every part on the car to absolute perfection.  I don’t know if you remember but it started with the brake booster and master cylinder then the calipers and dust shields.  Next you got our coil springs and front suspension parts.  Then we sent you the transmission for a rebuild and reskinning, what a work of art, it still looks and performs like new.  You found us a correct alternator and starter motor both rebuilt flawlessly.  We swapped intakes and you sent us a beautiful reskinned 610.  You found us a dated Holley carb and rebuilt and replated it, and it still looks brand new.  We sent you our distributor for a rebuild and reskin and I’ll tell you that advance curve really makes this car scoot.  The list keeps going.  You found us a beautiful set of DF wheels, correctly dated, a pair of valve covers and oil fill tube, restored and reskinned our exhaust manifolds, your process is amazing, I still can’t believe how awesome they turned out.  And then the dated smog system you restored for us is unbelievably perfect.  Jerry I hope you don’t mind me saying but you are a true Rockstar in the industry and especialy the Camaro world.  I cannot imagine how busy and hectic your life is but you were always there to keep us steered in the right direction and for that we can’t thank you enough.  Our hope is to someday bring our car to the Camaro Nationals before you hang it all up so you can see the finished product.  It’s not perfect yet but we keep trying.Sincerely, Scott and Julie Delventhal, Santa Rosa, CAJerry, Just a short note to let you know I attended Super Chevy at Maple Grove with my 68 Butternut RS Z/28 on July 23 and won an editors choice award. Just another testimonial to the outstanding work you perform. Thanks Again!

Take Care, Michael Williams Middletown,DE

    • Jerry, Well, endeavor number two completed! The journey took us through several unexpected obstacles however, the end result was fantastic. The drive train rebuild and engine bay restoration you performed on my Butternut Yellow 68 Z28 is nothing short of outstanding not to mention the engine performance is absolutely exceptional. I truly appreciate your friendship and your plausible attitude throughout all of the work you have performed for me despite any unusual circumstances you were faced with. Trust and integrity are two words synonymous with your character. Thank you very much for all your hard work and I’m looking forward to number three.

Michael Williams Middletown, DE.

    • Jerry, Everything arrived fine. Once again, the work you performed was perfect. I can’t believe how nice the steering box turned out. It sure was rough when I sent it to you. Thanks again for all the great work that you do. You are the only one that I trust with my parts.

Bruce Whitfield, Butte, MT

    • Jerry, I just installed the valve covers and aluminum intake manifold you reskinned on my ’59 Corvette. What a great job! They make the entire engine compartment look the car just came off the showroom floor in 1959. Count me in as a very satisfied customer, and I will recommend your services any time I see old gray aluminum components in anybodies otherwise pristine car.

Jim Kay, Omaha

    • Jerry, I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful job you did restoring the exhaust manifolds, power brake booster, master cylinder and manual steering box for my ’69 Z/28. Also, the smog system you built for me is outstanding! I had some concerns sending all these pieces cross country but happily everything arrived at your shop intact. Once the parts were restored, you and your crew did a marvelous job individually wrapping and packaging the parts for return shipment. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Better yet, everything looks great installed on the car. All of your recommendations in our conversations during the restoration process were right on target. Very well done!

Everett Mastrich, West Linn, OR

    • Jerry, In these times when vendors don’t do as they advertise, and exaggerate their capabilities, it is really a pleasure and a surprise to receive my parts back, just as promised, and just as you described how they would look. Virtually undetectable that a repair had been made. I am very impressed by the workmanship performed by your company and its staff, and I hope you will pass along this recognition by a customer. Your guys may not realize how much their effort is appreciated. If you customers would ever like a testimonial or reference, just feel free to use my name.

Barry Baker, LaGrange, IL

    • Jerry, When I first saw your web site with the type of restoration you did, I was indeed impressed. I was very hesitant on sending my rear axle to you because in today’s world we all know you get what you pay for. I feared my number’s matching rear that had twisted cracked; re-welded leaking axle tubes would have cost a mint to get restored by someone like you. Boy, did you prove me wrong! Words cannot express my appreciation and satisfaction with the rear that you restored for me. You even saved me on shipping costs! You are a true asset to the Camaro community. I would recommend your services to anyone with a First Generation Camaro.

Rick Dunn, Wilmington, NC

    • Jerry, After installing the distributor and carburetor you rebuilt and restored for our Chevelle last year, we ran our fastest mph ever at the Factory Stock Drags, 111.85. Of 118 cars present only four ran higher mph. Thanks for your expertise and help.

Benoit Holloway, Jr. Marion, LA

    • Jerry, I want to thank you for the 4053 Holley carburetor you did for my stock eliminator race car. When I took it out of the box my first thought was this thing is way to nice to put on a racecar. To take a 35-year-old carburetor and make it look new like you do is amazing. I just hoped it worked as well as it looked. Two years later I have tried some well-known carburetor builders Carbs, and could not find any better performance. We seem to always go back to your Carb, when it comes down to a point’s race or national event. Its dependable, consistent and works well. Thanks for all the help with the car.

    • Jerry, Distributor received…..everything is perfect! Excellent work. Thanks for everything.

Jim Nolton – 71 SS Chevelle, 454 71 El Camino, 400

    • Jerry, Thanks much for getting my car to run right! I had a “strange” noise coming from my 4-speed transmission. It had over 100K miles on it, and although it was rebuilt once before (about 20 years ago), it was clear that the last guy didn’t know what he was doing. The tail shaft housing was broken and spot welded together and I was lucky that it stayed together for as long as it did. The “strange” noise was caused by an internal part that broke in half and was rattling around in the bottom of the case. You fixed that, along with many other “minor” problems, and did a “super job” rebuilding the transmission. When I got it back it looked like a brand new transmission. The only way I could tell it was mine was by its “numbers”. It now works as good as new and is rock solid, even under very aggressive shifting. I had another problem, causing my car to not run “right”. It was running much slower than usual, and developed a bad habit of bogging down at every gear-shift. I took it to two other repair shops, and after many dollars and various “tune-ups”, the car still had the same bogging problem every time I shifted. When I described the problem to you over the phone, you immediately focused-in on the distributor. You rebuilt my distributor and found that the vacuum advance wasn’t working until the car reached 5500 rpm, that the centrifugal advance wasn’t working at all, and that there were some bushings that had worn out completely. After the distributor rebuild, my car had its old “pep” back! I took it to the track and posted ETs that were a full second quicker in the quarter mile. I also posted consistent times and won a first in class trophy at a drag race event. Thank you very much for getting my car back to its old self again!

Charlie Geis – Highland, MD

    • Dear Jerry, Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding job you have done restoring and detailing the engine bay on my 68 Z28. The knowledge and integrity you possess with first generation Camaros (especially Z28’s) is unsurpassed. The car looks fantastic and performs even better. I think the nickname given to it ” Happy Car” is going to stick. Thank you for your friendship and all the advice you have provided over the past year. I look foreward to our future endeavors.

Michael Williams – Middletown, Delaware

    • Jerry, Thanks a million for getting my ’69 Z/28 1111480 distributor straightened out! Considering what I paid for it from one of your competitors in Pennsylvania, it should have been perfect! When I first bought this 480 distributor and installed it in the car, it wouldn’t idle, pinged real bad, and had no throttle response. After conversations with you, I knew you were the expert needed to fix it! And when I looked at the before and after calibration data sheet that you supplied, it all made sense why the car didn’t run right! Point float at 5800 rpm, a worn out mechanical advance weight that was sticking causing too much initial advance! Camaro Hi Performance is the ‘Definitive’ place for distributor restoration! Thanks!

Bob Whiting – Concord, Ohio

    • Jerry, Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you on such an awesome job on my 69 Z/28 intake manifold. I was told by a local shop it could be repaired but would never look the same. I couldn’t believe how it turned out. You can’t tell were the intake was repaired. It’s nice to know there are still people out there that take pride in their work and produce quality workmanship. Again thanks for the repair and reskin on my intake.

Jessie Jenkins, San Jose, Ca

    • Jerry, Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated your work. I knew I made the right decision, sending my original 1968 302 Z28 engine across the country, and I mean across the entire country (Puyallup, Washington to Eldersburg, Maryland) to have it rebuilt, balanced, and blueprinted! The smog system supplied by Camaro Hi-Performance looks great, as does the intake manifold (reskinned) and carburetor (rebuilt and replated). Thanks for all the information and advice you shared during the process. I would not hesitate to use your services again or to call for advice.

Bill Hilton, Puyallup, Washington

    • Jerry, Thank you for repairing and blueprinting the so-called “restored” 266 distributor that I purchased at great expense from a competitor of yours. Your advice and workmanship have been faultless throughout my restoration experience, dating all the way back to inspecting and authenticating the car on my behalf.

Denis Gilbert, Kenmore, WA

    • Gentleman, With great thanks to Jerry MacNeish and Camaro Hi-Performance, I was able to completely authenticate the partial VIN stamping on the 396 engine block this morning. The transmission contained an identical partial VIN stamp with the transposed L and 7. Jerry is a master at this craft and worthy of all the praise we can give him. Great thanks to all for their interest, and thanks to him for his patience.

Judd Bradbury, Dallas, TX

    • Jerry, Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that the horns are great! Look and operate as new. If someone wants pictures or a reference on the job you did I would be happy to do so. Thanks,

Dana Wendel, Albany, OR

    • Jerry, Thanks so much for the wonderful work on my aluminum GM hi-rise big block intake manifold. It came out exactly as you said it would, “like new”. I can’t even tell where it was cracked. Keep up the good work!

Kelly Gorham, Grapevine, Texas

Hi Jerry, Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for a fantastic job on reskinning my 302 valve covers. The people that have seen them already cannot believe the difference as well as myself. I couldn’t ask for more. Hope you had an enjoyable holiday and thank you again for your time.

Barry Browning, Providence, RI

Hi Jerry, I can’t thank you enough for getting my distributor straightened out. I know I made a big mistake in dealing with one of your competitors first before I met you but that will never happen again. I originally thought a distributor rebuild was a basic task. When I received my distributor back the first time, my Z/28 would not idle, and there was no throttle response. The car had no power…….my whole experience with that “other” distributor guy was a bad experience. Thanks to Camaro Hi-Performance, my Z/28 runs great, has more power and breaks the tires loose in first gear! It idles better than it ever did before. And your prices are very modest compared to many in the business. I will be a life long customer with Camaro Hi-Performance. Thanks again,

Al Helmick, Reading, PA

Jerry, I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased I am with the work you did on my 56 Corvette intake and valve covers. I was certain the manifold was a lost cause for a restoration when it cracked, but it looks better than it did when GM installed it in 56 – and the valve covers came out perfect. Thanks for all your patience and professional expertise – my 56 is much better for your efforts.

Steve Junkersfeld, Stafford, VA

Jerry, I was at the Super Chevy Show last week (Texas), and virtually every owner of the nicest cars owed much credit to the nice and ever helpfull Jerry MacNeish. I thought you might like to hear how people (I am sure you already do know) in the Lone Star State have been positively affected by your work!, Myself included. Regards,

Robert A. Willis, Dallas, TX

Jerry, Just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed my visit to Camaro Hi-Performance. While we have been shipping parts for my ’68 Z/28 back and fourth for a few years now I only saw the excellent craftsmanship you put into all your work, but after making a trip to your shop, I got to see the pride (in person) that you put into all that you do. I always knew this, but I saw first hand why you are tops in this field. It’s because if your dedication and knowledge to the hobby that I have won many trophies with my car including first place at the Camaro Nationals last year. I just wanted to let you know that I had a great day at your shop and thanks for lunch!

Bill Vitiello, Staten Island, NY

Jerry, I can’t thank you enough for bringing the 1967 L88 intake manifold that I sent you back to life. I have to be honest with you, myself and everyone in my shop thought there was little hope for repairing this intake. After all, it was broken in half…..that’s right, in two pieces. And if you welded it back together, it would probably still look like an intake that was repaired. All I can say is wow! When we received this intake back, no one in the shop (including myself ) could believe this was the same intake we sent you! The manifold looked brand new, like it was just taken out of the Winter’s mold in 1967! Your weld repair and reskinning process is simply the best. Keep up the great work.

Kevin Mackay, Corvette Repair, Valley Stream, NY

At a time when it seems that unpleasant vendor services are more the rule than the exception the work performed by Jerry MacNeish, (Camaro Hi Performance), is outstanding. I found Jerry to be personable, well informed and professional. Upon receiving my items he called to discuss the nature of the services I wanted, the condition of my parts and what he felt was appropriate given their condition. The parts were completed on schedule and the quality was excellent. I find myself increasingly reluctant to recommend vendor services but have no such reservations about Jerry and Camaro Hi Performance, absolutely the best…

Jerry Clark, Jerry’s Vette Restorations, Hernando Beach, Florida

    • Jerry,
Just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the excellent job you did for me locating and rebuilding a complete 1968 302 engine. I gave you quite a tall order to fill and you came through with flying colors. The engine got here in great shape and everything is just as good as you said it would be. The shipper said that the packing of the engine is the best he had every seen. Again, thanks for all of your help and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Bruce Whitfield, Butte, Montana

    • Jerry,
The valve covers arrived a few minutes ago and they look great! My old aluminum valve covers were spotted with various stains and did not appear to clean up readily with most common cleaners. Your process has made them look very neat without an ‘over restored’ look. Thanks for doing such a nice job.

Al Cellier, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

    • Dear Jerry:
    • I want to express my deepest appreciation for the expert advice and guidance you have given me on my 1968 Z/28 and 1968 RS/SS L78. When I first got back into the first-generation cars after a 15-year hiatus, I felt very uncomfortable making a car buying decision due to my lack of knowledge of the cars and the market. You helped guide me into two great cars.
    • I want to especially thank you for you help on the L78. You helped me recognize that it was a special car and that it was crucial to preserve it in its original state. Your superb work on the car to bring it back to its exact original state was more then I could have hoped for. There is no one else that I would trust more with any aspect of my cars.
It is hard to find good people that you can truly trust and count on. Jerry, I consider you a good friend and above all, I respect you because of your knowledge, integrity, and appreciation you bring to first generation cars. You have easily been the key person that has made my last two years in the hobby a most enjoyable experience. I would recommend your services above anyone else in this business. As long as we have people like you leading this hobby, I expect the first-generation cars to only get more popular and valuable. Sincerely,

Lawrence E. Eakin Jr., 1968 Camaro enthusiast

Dear Jerry: Thanks for the excellent job you did rebuilding the Muncie 4-speed for our 1968 Camaro. We have had it back for about 3 weeks now and it works beautifully. Very smooth shifting. Thanks again

Rick Morris, Arlington, VA

    • Jerry, I received all three intakes safe and sound.
    • First off, your restoration process is excellent. I have seen and worked on several specialty cars and have to say these are the finest restorations I have ever seen. A few COPO friends of mine saw them and want to immediately purchase two of them.
Thanks again and I’ll keep in touch. I may have an LS-6 intake coming your way for a clean up also. Appreciate the job you have done,

Eric Bokluno, San Jose, CA

Hi Jerry, I received the restored parts for my 1967 Z/28 (calipers, master cyl, cooling fan and fan clutch) yesterday and am quite pleased with the results. The fan clutch looks absolutely brand new. I look forward to sending more parts your way. Thanks for everything.

Ron Scherer, Scotts Valley, CA

    • Greetings Jerry. Wow, talk about service. You had to receive my distributor Monday or later and to my surprise it was sitting on my dining room table when I got home from work on Friday! The restoration looks fabulous. Quick turnaround and high quality is a rare combination these days, it seems you’ve mastered both.
I’m looking forward to doing additional business with you this fall on my intake and alternator. Keep up the good work. Regards,

Paul Gallo, Orchid Lake, MI

    • Hi, Jerry –
    • I recently sent you a large shipment of original ’69 Z/28 parts to be re-skinned, rebuilt, and restored, including my 472 intake manifold, 480 distributor, 837 alternator, 4053 carburetor, 9204 brake booster, valve covers, master cylinder cap, prop and metering valve brackets, plus two sets of rare staggered-hole Corvette valve covers, and a Ferrari cam cover. When I got them back, I was stunned at how terrific everything looked – just like the day they were made!
    • I’ve spent 37 years in the OEM end of the automobile industry (21 years with GM and the last 16 with Chrysler, retiring recently as Plant Manager of the Viper/Prowler assembly plant), and have been a hot-rodder and restorer all my life as a hobby. Through all the cars I’ve built and restored over the years, I’ve been disappointed many times in the quality of specialized work I’ve farmed out to others; my experience with you is the first time in all those projects that I’ve been 100{e8835c3ac6e3b9c1433cf78d1d18701ab9ba42a50cca71c24244680dec61088f} satisfied with the results, where every part not only met, but exceeded, my standards and expectations.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your outstanding restoration services to anyone, and in fact, have already done so; keep up the good work!

Sincerely, John Hinckley, Washington, Michigan

Jerry: Intake arrived safely today. Nice job. The finish on the aluminum looks just right, no evidence of any media blasting which would destroy the “as cast” finish. Sorry for all the questions up front, but, I have done this process on other intakes at other places and have never really been pleased, so I was skeptical going in. Great job! Thanks again,

Bill Damsky, Orange, CT

Jerry, Thanks for the superb job and quick turn around on my 1967 3×2 intake. I had no idea that the heater hose nipple threads could be restored or that the water pump by-pass nipple could be replaced. I’ve shown the intake to several people and they can’t believe how great the re-skin looks. I can’t wait to start showing the car and your work. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Thanks again for everything!

Pat Churchill, Severna Park, Maryland

Jerry, Just letting you know you did a great job refinishing my intake and valve covers. Also the casting flaw came out great, you’d never know it was there! They look brand new. Thanks again for the good job, I’ll be using you again in the near future on my next project……a Camaro. I’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone who is looking for restoration services.

– Mike McKenzie, Niagara Falls, NY

Jerry, The work you did on the intake manifold, transmission and one cover is great. My motor guy is extremely impressed with the intake, and club members have seen it and are equally impressed. Can’t wait to try the 4-speed, but will have to wait till the frame off is completed.

Dennis Russo, Canastota, NY

    • Dear Jerry, I can’t thank you enough for all the excellent work you have done on my parts. Everything you have restored and or rebuilt (transmission, shifter, intake & exhaust manifolds, distributor, valve covers, starter, smog pump, alternator) turned out as good as, or better than new. My 69 Z/28 is an original all numbers matching fully documented car. Before I knew you it was a major concern to consider sending my valuable parts out. I am so happy I found you to trust and respect my parts. Your knowledge and respect for first generation Camaros has been of great help to me. (Also your Definitive 69 Z/28 book has been very helpful). My only regret is that I did not meet you sooner!
Thank you again for all your excellent work and your continued telephone support. You are a truly nice and honorable man. It is a pleasure doing business with you and knowing you. Candidly Yours,

Steve Goddard, Calabasas, CA

Dear Jerry, I received my 67 Muncie shifter in the mail today and was very surprised as to how beautiful it turned out. In your previous correspondence to me you stated it was the worst shifter you ever worked on. Knowing how rusty the shifter was, I was not expecting as nice a job as you did and not charging me more for doing so. Also the mounting bracket and linkages look brand new with the black oxide coating you put on. I am very pleased with the service and turn around time you have given me at a very reasonable price. I will be sending you other parts to restore in the near future as I continue my Project 67.

Dwight Min, Honolulu, Hawaii

Hi Jerry, Just a short note to tell you how pleased I am with my engine and transmission rebuild and restoration. Thanks for a great job. There is no question you know your stuff. The thing I like most about dealing with you is your love of what you do. You treated my car as a personal project. In your words “brought another one back.” Thanks Again,

Gary Sommers, Middletown, Maryland

Jerry, Received the ’67 Corvette aluminum tri-power intake back this week that you fixed and reskinned. Awesome!!!! Thanks, I recommended you to my good friend, Dan Regan, who has the same need with the same intake.

Gary Seymour, Towanda, PA

    • Hi Jerry, Just a note to let you know that I received the distributor today. WOW am I impressed, it looks absolutely fantastic! You will have all of my future business, and I will be sure to recommend you to my friends.
I will be sending you another 1111499 distributor for the same rebuild. It is for my COPO car. This one looks so good, that I want to get it done to that distributor too. Best regards,

Richard Bateman, Columbus, OH

Jerry: I would like to say what a great job you did on my distributor for my 69 Z/28. The restoration looks excellent and the turn around time was very quick. The restoration cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate sending other items to you for restoring. Thanks,

Dan Montgomery, Roseville, MI

Once again, many thanks for the great job you did on my 1968 Z/28 Carburetor, Distributor, Intake Manifold, and Alternator. After seeing your 67 RS Z/28 at the General Motors Tech Center several years ago, I knew I was making the right choice sending my numbers matching parts to you. I can’t wait for some vacation time at Christmas to enjoy building up the top half of my engine. Again, thanks very much and as mentioned previously, expect to see a couple of 1966 427 Caprice Alternators from my friend Leigh.

Dave LaLonde, Michigan

Jerry, just wanted to say how well my brake booster, caliper brackets, shields, alternator and calipers came out. The new cadmium plating really catches the eye and rebuilding my original pieces were much more cost effective than buying them from the re-pro houses. I can rest easy knowing that a true Camaro enthusiast is restoring my parts versus a back room operation trying to make a quick buck. I am eagerly awaiting the starter, M20 transmission, voltage regulator, horn relay and shifter handle that I have just dropped off for restoration. I was also impressed with the exhaust manifold treatment process and I will send you my set, as soon as I can find one.

Kevin Wright, New Jersey

    • Jerry, enclosed is a check for the work you have done on the intake and 2 January 69 YH wheels. Your name is as respected in the Camaro world as Michael Jordan’s is in the basketball world and I appreciate your conversation.
    • Thank you for keeping me informed as to the progress and the work necessary to bring the intake to form. I am in sales and one of the things that I have learned is than an uninformed customer is an unhappy customer.
Again thank you for your professionalism, your business will continue to flourish if you continue the quality of service you have provided me.

Brad Turner, Tennessee

Jerry, I would like to thank and commend you on the excellent work on my distributor, intake and transmission. Your re-skinning process is great. It doesn’t get any better! I would also like to thank you for the speedy service and fair pricing of you work. I recommend that anybody needing these services look no further. I’ll be sending more items shortly. THANKS!!!!

Chuck Huber, Pennsylvania

Jerry,
I would like to thank you for the excellent work on my crossram manifold. You were right, I am amazed. It looks like new again. I can’t thank you enough for the great service and quality of work that you provide.

Thanks again,

    • Jerry, Thanks for the info. I have been driving the car, and it is running great! You’ve been great to work with, and the 1112000 distributor you sold me has exceed my expectations.

Dean Bertoldi, Wallingford, CT

    • Hi Jerry: I just received the manifold and it looks like a new piece. Your work is superb. Thank you very much. This is a link to my post on the

Corvette Forum

    • regarding my manifold repairs with before and after pictures. You have a great following on the forum.

Thanks again, Roy Brotherhood

    • Jerry, Just a short note to let you know I attended Super Chevy at Maple Grove with my 68 Butternut RS Z/28 on July 23 and won an editors choice award.

Jerry,

I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail thanking you again for the work that you did on my parts. The judges thought that they were painted they said that they looked to nice too be just cast aluminum. I did achieve top flight on my 58 corvette at the NCRS Western Regional and could not have done this without your help.

Thanks Again,

Charlie Hill, El Paso, TX

Hi Jerry,
I received the intake and distributors today. They look great. I can’t believe how nice the intake looks. You do fantastic restoration work.

Thank you,
